Shipping Information
Leisure Loop is committed to providing reliable shipping services for all orders. We ensure that your products are carefully packaged and delivered in a timely manner to your specified address. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure the safe delivery of your orders. We prioritise clear communication and transparency to make your experience hassle-free and convenient. The scheme is designed so that we can operate with National coverage utilising existing logistic couriers. Due to this and depending on your location, we may use different partners to facilitate this service. As we operate a prepaid service, you will never be asked for payment at the point of collection of your waste box from a courier.
Collection Process
1. Scan the QR code on your recycle point to organise your waste collection and complete the collocation form.
Remove your waste box from the recycle point surround and lid and securely seal it up (this may require some tape). Make sure your parcel is ready for collection at reception.
2. Upon receiving your collection request, we dispatch a re-fill box to your swimming pool. This will arrive before your waste collection. Carefully open this box without damaging it, recycle the internal supports and place in your recycle point.
3. Your pool waste box will be collected from reception via one of our collection service providers. No delivery label is needed; we only ask that the box be securely sealed and ready, waiting once the collection form is completed. We handle all logistics, making the process hassle-free for you.
4. We receive your pool waste box. We manually sort and separate the equipment by material type and set aside any equipment that has a re-use value. Equipment that has reached the end of its life is recycled into new, useful plastic sheets that can be used to create products such as changing room cubicles, lockers, and facility furniture, enhancing your facility's sustainability (Click here to view how this recycling process works).
Any equipment that has a re-use value goes towards our free school swimming equipment scheme, Second Splash. As we grow so will Second Splash and the amount of free swim equipment we can provide for school swimming.
